How we became our own customer.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It’s unimaginable, but that’s how it actually was: as a film processor from East Westphalia, we didn’t even think about whether our lean products could help us to produce more efficiently (in Germany!).<\/p>

Open to consultation and unwavering in execution, we embraced Lean Management head-on. Shadow boards, spaghetti diagrams, floor marking \u2013 the full programme. And with spectacular results: switching to lean production at senne products proved a true game-changer. Machine setup times became 50 % faster \u2013 just one striking example of how our share of value-adding work in the value stream soared. <\/p>

Visual management is a management tool that is deeply rooted in the lean philosophy. It teaches us that processes only run smoothly when they are visible – in all areas of the company, from production to administration. <\/p>

The goal is therefore logical: To inform employees quickly and efficiently so that a precise assessment of the current situation on site is possible at all times.<\/p>

And this is where spLEAN comes into play.
